- Lead idea generation and full-cycle project management for new applications of palladium and other PGMs, from concept to pilot testing.
- Identify and collaborate with academic and R&D partners for literature reviews and computational modeling of Pd-based materials.
- Prepare technical documentation, oversee contract execution, and coordinate simulation-to-testing workflows.
- Contribute to project portfolio planning and support laboratory/pilot-scale trials based on modeling results.
- Engage with the scientific community through publications (Q1 journals), conferences, and competitive project selection.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computational Modeling, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Experience in R&D or academic research with hands-on project work.
- Understanding of PGM trends in sectors like energy, catalysis, and electronics.
- Strong skills in scientific analysis and working with academic literature.
- Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus).
