- Conduct deep market mapping to identify high-potential industries and merchant segments to partner;
- Find high-quality merchants, get them onboarded, and support them through to making their first POS loan with us;
- Hit and exceed monthly pipeline growth and signed-partner targets for new industries;
- Partner with product & risk teams to fine-tune credit terms, onboarding flows, and operational processes for each vertical;
- Identify and engage industry players, securing strategic partnerships that drive scale.
- 5+ years in B2B business development, partnership sales, or merchant acquisition – preferably in fintech, lending, payments, or financial services.
- A track record of breaking into new market segments, not just managing existing accounts.
- Strong spoken and written English egotiation skills - confident in pitching, negotiating, and presenting to owners and senior staff at local businesses.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making — able to size markets, build business cases, and forecast outcomes.
