CEO

Purpose:

Provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve sustainable growth, business profitability, improved production efficiency, and enhanced competitiveness.

- Establish and optimize corporate business processes, cross-functional processes, implementing best practices;

- Manage strong functional leaders (5 direct reports) to achieve the yearly and quarterly goals;

- Strategically navigate over strategic partners and stakeholders for the company's future;

- Take full responsibility for the company’s P&L, revenue growth, new products and overseas markets.

- Experience in manufacturing or engineering companies in senior management roles;

- Background in strategic or operational consulting (Big4 / 2nd-tier / TOP3 firms) is an advantage;

- Previous experience as a CEO in mid-sized or large companies is welcomed;

- Proven track record in improving internal processes.
