- Leading budgeting processes, current and annual reporting, company development strategy, management analytics, and calculating the impact of efficiency improvement initiatives;
- Identifying efficiency improvement potentials, developing and reviewing corresponding initiatives, and building business cases;
- Evaluating the financial performance of the Digital function for reporting periods (variance and cost factor analysis);
- Providing analytical support for decision-making;
- Participating in projects aimed at automating key performance indicators within the company’s information systems;
- Identifying and analyzing new or complementary areas for the development of the function.
- Higher education in Finance;
- Experience in Finance within an IT or consulting company;
- Proven track record in delivering strategic and efficiency improvement projects;
- Experience in managing a team of 5+ people, including remote and functionally subordinate teams;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling.
