CFO

– Design and lead finance infrastructure: FP&A, controlling, treasury, tax, audit

– Build robust unit economics by verticals and service lines

– Lead cost optimization and profitability projects across operations

– Own a full 3-statement model and forecasting process

– Drive automation of finance systems and decision-making dashboards

– Support audit readiness and IPO preparation (IFRS-compliant)

– Set up controlling systems and budgeting frameworks from scratch

– Implement monthly business review (MBR) processes

– 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles

– Strong background in FMCG or similarly complex, fast-scaling sectors

– Deep expertise in controlling, FP&A, and cost efficiency

– Certified CIMA or ACCA (mandatory)

– Experience with IFRS and investor reporting
