Consultant

- Gathering facts and analyzing data from various sources;

- Develop a strategy, goal-setting system, and business processes based on structured customer needs;

- Build product and support teams with clear areas of responsibility for results;

- Launch new products and businesses using Lean Startup: from hypotheses to initial results and scaling;

- Assisting the team in building presentations and reports.

- At least 2 years of experience in Big4, MBB consulting companies (strategy & operations area);

— Experience with complex transformation projects;

— Preferably, experience building product teams;

— Interest in large-scale tasks, enthusiasm for discovering new things, boldness in creating non-standard management mechanisms

- Exceptionally good academic background, ideally from a leading university;

- Presentation skills, excel modeling skills.
