Responsibilities: 

1/ Managing projects related to non-material employee motivation:

- Special projects for events, development, and implementation of new communication formats aimed at increasing motivation among various audiences.

2/ Building and developing the company's ambassador movement:

- Classification, development, and motivation of ambassadors.

3/ Working with the value code:

- Conducting value workshops, value interviews, and developing motivation programs based on company values.

4/ Providing communication support for the company's social initiatives.

5/ Organizing communication events:

- Corporate forums, meetings with executives, training sessions.

6/ Establishing effective communication between the company's divisions.

Requirements:

- Higher education: Philology, Journalism, PR, or Marketing.

- At least 5 years of experience in communications, corporate culture, and event management.

- Writing skills: Ability to create concise, meaningful, and creative texts without unnecessary details.

- Organizational skills: Ability to manage communication campaigns and business events from start to finish.

- Basic knowledge of SMM: Developing internal digital communication channels.

- Proficiency in graphic editors.

- Team management experience.
