Responsibilities: 

- Achieve exponential GMV growth in the Brazilian market, along with other key commercial metrics growth (contribution margin, NPS, retention rate);

- Identify and launch new services that add value to Brazilian customers;

- Manage the local marketing, logistics, and commercial teams, with a strong focus on the client service and sales operations;

- Drive team engagement and accountability - ensure that JoomPro’s values, working style, and processes are embedded in day-to-day operations;

- Maintain strong coordination between the Brazil office and HQ;

- Monitor local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape;

- Develop strategic partnerships that strengthen JoomPro’s position in the local ecosystem.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing a local business or business unit within an international company;

- In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian market, supported by hands-on experience operating in the region at a managerial position;

- Strong leadership and team development skills (with teams of 20+ people);

- Experience enforcing internal processes and client service standards;

- Business development and negotiations skills;

- Comfortable working in cross-functional and distributed teams;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English;

- Based in Brazil or ready to relocate (São Paulo).
