- Develop the company’s financial model;
- Lead budgeting and forecasting within the annual cycle, manage financial planning, and prepare quarterly and annual management reports;
- Oversee contractual processes across the company;
- Prepare and control payment schedules, monitor tax deductions;
- Review accounting reports and supervise outsourced accounting operations.
- Proven experience as a solo CFO or Head of a small finance team in a small/medium-sized business;
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, accounting, cash flow management, and financial planning;
- Experience in developing business process guidelines, methodological frameworks, and regulatory documents;
- Background in Big4 audit firms will be a strong advantage;
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
