1/Lead cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of Finance, Economics, and business operations, from concept to implementation;
2/Develop methodologies, calculators and economic models to evaluate managerial decisions, raw material transfer pricing and business case effectiveness;
3/Identify efficiency improvement opportunities, design and evaluate initiatives, conduct scenario analyses, and prepare economic justifications for strategic decisions;
4/Provide analytical support for management, including business planning, managerial reporting, and alternative evaluation;
5/Drive optimization, automation, and digital transformation of business processes in Finance & Economics;
6/Manage strategic and operational projects of varying scale—from concept development to presentation at investment committees;
7/Contribute to building economic competencies within related business functions.
- Higher education in Economics or Finance;
- 5+ years of leadership experience in finance/economics divisions;
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build effective cross-functional collaboration;
- Solid knowledge of management accounting and economic analysis methods; ability to extract insights behind the numbers;
- Experience in financial modeling and business case preparation;
- Track record in strategic and efficiency improvement projects.
