- Presenting and defending investment projects at investment committees.

- Participating in the development of master plans.

- 10+ years of experience in real estate development;

- Experience working in the Kazakhstan market;

- Experience launching projects from scratch (land acquisition → construction start);

- Experience in financial modeling of development projects;

- Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment analysis.
