Block 1 – Company-Level Engagement:
- Monitor the timely execution of approved large-scale construction and investment projects;
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) and co-lead new investment initiatives (both organic growth and M&A);
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership;
- Provide operational oversight, including performance tracking (KPIs, LTIP), people reviews, and reporting;
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for shareholders and board-level discussions.
Block 2 – Group-Level Transformation:
- Partner with key decision-makers to drive operational efficiency, reliability improvements, and capital construction optimization—targeting impact of $200–300M annually;
- Contribute to the Group’s Crisis Management Task Force;
- Identify and develop cost-reduction and productivity-enhancement initiatives within production functions;
- Manage relationships with external consultants to ensure effective project delivery.
- Consulting background (TOP3, 2-tier);
- Strong understanding of the economics of large industrial or production enterprises;
- Proven track record of leading change initiatives in large corporations or holding structures (in-house or consulting roles);
- Extensive hands-on experience in project management, including capital construction projects;
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build win-win relationships with senior executives.
