- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations of the branch.

- Deliver production and commercial targets, monitor budgets.

- Allocate resources and set tasks for department heads.

- Oversee product quality and equipment modernization.

- Develop staff through training, mentorship, and succession planning.

- Optimize business processes and implement new management tools.

- Liaise with government and regulatory authorities.

- At least 10 years of industrial experience, including 5+ years in management.

- Strong knowledge of legislation, production processes, finance, and people management.

- Understanding of the tissue industry.

- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational involvement.
