Fiberglass Production Process Engineer

- Supervision of the testing process for bushing feeders in pilot and industrial production.

- Preparation and approval of plans for inspections and tests, monitoring compliance of tests with the approved plan.

- Participation in the acceptance of feeders, verification of compliance with working design documentation, and conducting inspections of installation and commissioning works of glass-melting equipment.

- Interaction with the Chief Technologist's Service, the Chief Designer's Service, and the Quality Control Department.

Identification of shutdowns, documentation of test parameters, and preparation of reporting materials on the progress of tests.

- Identifying potential ways to improve testing processes, enhance equipment designs, and optimize manufacturing and operational technologies.

- Relevant technical education.

- Knowledge of technologies and equipment for continuous fiber production (glass/basalt).

- Understanding of the physical and chemical processes of glass-melting equipment operation.

- Knowledge of methods for calculating, designing, and manufacturing bushing feeders made of precious metals.

- Understanding of foundry, forging, and welding production processes.

- Work experience in the production of glass-melting equipment made of precious metals and/or the manufacturing of glass or basalt fibers (significant advantage).

- Willingness to travel within Russia and to China.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
