Group Manager (corporate economics)

- Prepare reports for the CEO and CFO of the group of companies.

- Analyze management accounts of the enterprises.

- Analyze and control budget execution.

- Conduct benchmarking.

- Formulate the business plan of the companies. Interact with function supervisors on budgeting issues.

- Analyze margins and cost of products. Participate in the calculation of business cases.

- Develop the team.

- Participate in organizational projects of the Economics and Finance function. Optimize the function's processes.

- Implement and maintain reporting automation.

- You have already managed teams of 3+ people.

- Have managed the financial and economic activities of an industrial enterprise.

- You have expert knowledge in methods of economic analysis and accounting of performance indicators of the enterprise and its subdivisions.

- You work in SAP ERP and SAP BW systems.

- You are able to manage changes and implement new production processes.

- You are an advanced Excel user (Power Query, VBA are welcome). You are confident in Power Point (Think Cell).
