Creation and Development of an Internal Mortgage Center:
- Developing the concept and business model for an employee mortgage center.
- Responsibility for team formation and the distribution of responsibilities within the department.
- Managing the integration processes of the mortgage center with the company's existing financial and IT systems.
Interaction with Related Departments:
- Monitoring deadlines, terms, and regulatory requirements during asset transfers.
- Risk management and development of measures to minimize them.
Funding and Cash Flow Optimization:
- Analyzing the current funding structure and identifying growth areas.
- Monitoring and managing liquidity.
- Preparing analytical reports and forecasts on the department's financial performance for top management.
Document Management Process Management:
- Establishing a full-cycle process for preparing and approving documentation for employees (applications, contracts, certificates, etc.).
- Leading projects for the automation and optimization of document management processes.
- Knowledge of the mortgage market and experience in creating mortgage centers;
- Higher education in finance, economics, or a technical field;
- 5+ years of experience managing financial departments or projects in the banking/fintech sector;
- Skills in conducting complex negotiations and coordinating cross-functional teams;
- Ability to work with financial and legal documentation;
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
