Head of Financial Controlling

- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations across the Group (holding company in ADGM + 4 subsidiaries in the Philippines, including a licensed bank);

- Design, implement, and continuously improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting standards;

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting (IFRS), treasury, tax, and payroll across jurisdictions;

- Manage global banking relationships and cash flow across entities;

- Prepare and consolidate accurate and timely financial statements in line with regulatory requirements;

- Lead and develop the finance team across group companies;

- Support strategic initiatives, including new product launches, corporate actions, and investor reporting.

- 12+ years in finance/accounting, with 5+ years in a senior role (e.g. Financial Controller / VP Finance / Head of Finance) managing multiple legal entities;

- CPA and a degree in Accounting from a reputable university;

- Strong command of IFRS and consolidation of group-level financials;

- Experience in a licensed bank or consumer finance company;

- Fluent in English with strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

- Hands-on approach, comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments;

-  audit background (preferably in banking), experience implementing accounting systems, or exposure to both manual and automated processes.
