- Design, implement, and continuously refine the L&D strategy aligned with the bank’s business goals and HR priorities;
- Conduct organization-wide learning needs assessments and translate them into actionable development plans;
- Design and implement a competency management framework and talent development programs;
- Drive leadership, soft skills, compliance, and product training initiatives across all levels;
- Build and manage the corporate academy / learning platform;
- Lead the digital learning ecosystem (LMS, learning content, blended and e-learning formats);
- Oversee soft skills, leadership, compliance, and product training programs.
- Manage the L&D budget, select external vendors, and ensure training quality and impact;
- Measure training effectiveness (metrics, ROI, engagement, knowledge retention);
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization;
- Lead and develop the L&D team.
- University degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration);
- At least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role;
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage;
- Solid understanding of HR processes, learning methodologies, and digital learning tools;
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, facilitation, and change management;
- English — Upper-Intermediate.
