Responsibilities: 

• Drive strategic monetization initiatives focused on revenue growth and sustainable business performance.
• Design and implement a fair and efficient liquidity allocation framework to improve inventory utilization and marketplace efficiency.• Develop and execute differentiated pricing strategies across regions, and customer segments.
• Unlock growth in the SMB segment through tailored pricing models, packages, and product solutions.
• Expand performance-based monetization models where economically viable (e.g., CPA, CPC, PFP).
• Maintain and evolve posting-based models and resume database access as stable and proven revenue drivers.
• Balance product development, pricing strategy, and revenue management to achieve long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, GR, and other stakeholders to align strategic initiatives and execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in monetization strategy and pricing, including CPA / CPC / PFP models, dynamic pricing, and tariff/package design.
• Strong background working with classifieds, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms, including supply-demand balance management.
• Deep analytical expertise with strong understanding of revenue, liquidity, and marketplace performance metrics.
• Experience working with Enterprise clients and B2B segments.• Product management expertise: roadmap ownership, MVP development, experimentation, and go-to-market execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills in complex digital ecosystems.

Candidate Referral - 10% of the invoice amount after the candidate has completed the warranty period.
