Head of Strategy

- Acting as a strategic partner to the director of the vertical, managing the BigBets portfolio, and setting priorities for key projects;

- Developing and implementing the strategy for the vertical, assessing M&A opportunities, and identifying cross-vertical synergies;

- Analyzing the market, competitive environment, and trends to identify risks and growth opportunities, and initiating development projects;

- Ensuring oversight of strategy implementation and providing subsequent recommendations;

- Working on the long-term financial model and budgeting processes in collaboration with the finance department;

- Taking responsibility for the business outcomes and growth of the vertical in alignment with strategic goals.

- At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting or in a strategy role at a tech company;

- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing the strategy of a well-known company or individual product;

- Experience in team management;

- The ability to build trustful relationships as an advisor and influence the opinions of others, including C-level executives and C-level -1 leaders;

- Proven experience in managing large-scale technology projects and achieving set goals;

- Proficiency in English.
