1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy across Tech, Non-Tech, and Mass Recruitment functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Develop a forward-thinking hiring strategy for a digital bank and tech company, identifying key skill gaps and future needs.
2. Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and mentor the heads of each recruitment stream (Tech, Non-Tech, Mass), ensuring a unified approach across functions.
3. Technology & Digital Innovation in Recruiting
- Leverage modern recruitment technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven recruitment tools, and data analytics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience;
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Champion the development of a strong employer brand to attract top talent in both tech and non-tech functions;
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication, personalized engagement, and a seamless onboarding process.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Tech Leadership and other department heads to understand recruitment needs for specialized tech roles, non-tech functions, and high-volume hiring for operational roles.
6. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Integrate diversity initiatives across all recruitment streams, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus);
- Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory;
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a technology or digital banking company;
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional recruitment streams, including tech, non-tech, and high-volume hiring;
- Extensive experience with tech recruiting for engineering, data science, product, and other technical roles;
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment technologies, including ATS, AI sourcing tools, and data analytics.
