- Development and implementation of trade promotion strategies to increase acquisition, customer retention, and increase their LTV;
- Managing the full cycle of planning and implementing promotions, including forecasting, evaluating effectiveness, and analyzing results;
- Interacting with suppliers and partners to create mutually beneficial promotional initiatives;
- Coordinating team work and ensuring effective interaction between departments (marketing, purchasing, logistics, analytics);
- Analysis of market trends and the competitive environment to implement innovative approaches to trade promotion;
- Optimization of the promotional budget to achieve maximum ROI, targeting the share of GMV.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position (Senior Trade Promo Manager, Head of Trade Marketing) in e-commerce, retail or FMCG;
- Strategic planning and project management skills;
- Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with partners;
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Experience in team management and process management;
- Knowledge of tools and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
