Responsibilities: 

- Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for key initiatives;

- Assess organizational readiness and develop plans to address resistance and foster adoption of change;

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary;

- Collaborate with board of directors to align HR and change management initiatives with organizational goals;

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, helping them understand their role in facilitating change;

- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

- Creation and development of competencies analysis in accordance with strategy.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or change management;

- Proven track record of successfully managing HR and change management projects in complex environments, preferably in financial services / retail banking;

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and change management methodologies;

- Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management;

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships at all levels.
