- Prepare in-depth analytical memos and market overviews on the UAE real estate sector, including residential and commercial segments;
- Build dynamic financial models to evaluate asset performance, investment potential, and exit strategies;
- Support the team in assessing potential investment opportunities and producing clear, data-driven recommendations;
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments;
- Assist in preparing investment committee materials and periodic portfolio updates;
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning for varying market conditions.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Physics;
- Previous experience in real estate , investment banking, consulting, or private equity in UAE;
- Advanced Excel modeling skills, including DCF, IRR, NPV, and scenario analyses;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to develop professional, investor-ready presentations;
- Excellent analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Experience in the UAE real estate market and understanding of its key trends and players is a plus.
