- Preparation of materials in various formats, including textual business descriptions, dynamics of its operational and financial results, presentations, infographics, Q&A, relevant sections of semi-annual financial reports, for one or several of our business divisions;
- Interaction of the company with the investment community: shareholders, potential investors including retail investors, analysts, and bloggers;
- Regular communication with teams within the company, including finance, PR specialists, lawyers, marketers, designers, developers, analysts, business development team, and heads of various business units within your branch;
- Analysis of competitor companies and relevant industry reports;
- Preparation of feedback for top management from the investment community based on conversations with investors, bloggers, analysts, or the reports and materials they prepare;
- Proactive maintenance of communication with all the above-mentioned external and internal counterparties.
- Higher education in finance and economics from one of the leading universities;
- Over 3 years of experience in investment banking, investment funds or business valuation/ IR in Tech companies;
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles, business valuation methods, stock market theory, and investment decision-making;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of the English language.
