1/Maintain and analyze the Registry of innovation initiatives: control calculation of effects, ensure data quality, prepare KPI and committee materials.
2/Develop reports and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint), handle ad hoc requests, support decision-making with data analysis.
3/Identify bottlenecks in business processes, propose and implement optimization/automation solutions, including integration with related systems.
4/Support innovation activities through consulting, documentation (regulations, frameworks, ToR), and coordination with business units.
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or related analytical fields.
- 3–5 years’ experience, including 2+ years in consulting (Big4, Big3, or IT consulting).
- Strong skills in business process optimization, financial modeling/budgeting and management accounting.
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint; experience with dashboards/data visualization is a plus.
