- Management of the Innovation Initiatives Registry: Collection and coordination of protocols/ reports on the achieved effects from the implementation of innovations in metallurgical production, control over the calculation of effects and the quality of provided information, deep dive in the specifics of the field.
- Analytics and Reporting: Creation of presentation materials and reports using advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Business Process Optimization: Identification of bottlenecks in the methodology processes, search and implementation of solutions to improve efficiency. In particular, analysis of the current data presentation format in the Initiatives Registry, identification of opportunities for optimization/ automation, and integration with related systems and processes.
- Documentation Development: Formation and updating of the regulatory and methodological framework of the unit, development of technical specifications, functional and technical requirements (if necessary).
- Business Interaction: Operational support for the innovation unit team and related departments on innovation activities. Analysis of large volumes of information, quick understanding of tasks, and finding solutions to optimize key back-office processes of the Company.
- 3-6+ years, including at least 2 years in a consulting company (Big4, TOP3, IT consulting). Strong competencies in business process optimization, budgeting/financial modeling, management accounting. Experience in business processes analysis and implementing solutions to improve.
- T-shaped Competencies: For example, deep knowledge in economics and a broad understanding of IT tools for processing routine operations.
