- Lead a team of 4 people: set tasks, monitor performance, and improve efficiency;
- Analyze financial results of the Logistics function (variance and cost analysis);
- Develop and control the logistics operating budget;
- Support the function with ad hoc analytical requests;
- Prepare financial models, calculations, and presentations for management meetings;
- Participate in automation projects for key logistics performance indicators within corporate systems;
- Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor costs and operational efficiency (warehouse logistics focus).
- Proven experience managing a team of 3+ people;
- Strong budgeting and economic analysis skills;
- Proficiency in working with large data sets: analytics, processing, calculation;
- Advanced knowledge of modern analytical systems (BI, data visualization, etc.);
- Understanding of supply chain processes (warehouse and transportation logistics, operational management, flow planning);
- Experience in preparing economic reports, developing optimization proposals, and presenting analytical findings.
