- Lead strategic and operational transformation projects for major players in the energy sector across the CIS region — from diagnostics and market analysis to roadmap development and implementation;
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior stakeholders from state-owned companies, private energy firms, and regulatory bodies to shape the future of the energy landscape.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the Strategy and Operations area (top consulting background is must);
- Experience of actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization in order to understand their needs and help to influence the client agenda is part of your business;
- Exceptionally good academic background, ideally from a leading university.
