- Conducting in-depth analysis of the containers and packaging market, actual and potential demand, competitive environment and customer needs.
- Developing and implementing product strategies, including positioning and recommended pricing.
- Introduction of new product solutions in the tare and packaging market within product categories that meet customer needs and global trends.
- Development of the current product portfolio based on sales analytics and customer feedback.
2/ Developing competitive advantages of product solutions:
- Analyzing competitors' product solutions and identifying their strengths with subsequent implementation using benchmarking
- Development and testing of new products based on the requirements of FMCG, retail and other key market segments.
- Interaction with sales and production departments to promptly bring new solutions to market.
3/ Coordination and cross-functional collaboration:
- Working closely with sales, production, operations teams to realize strategic goals.
- Generating proposals and business cases for new products and defending initiatives to top management.
- Managing processes to improve the customer experience through “sharing with exceeding” at every stage of the customer-company interaction.
- Proven success in implementing sales strategies in highly competitive price-driven markets;
- Understanding of the core needs of clients in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, and industrial sectors;
- Experience in conducting complex negotiations with C-level executives;
- Proficiency in managing commercial terms: pricing, discount policies, and payment deferrals.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix24, Salesforce, amoCRM, etc.);
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools (Power BI, Excel,1C).

- Experience of working with manufacturing, understanding of specifics of production processes
- Successful experience in bringing new products to market - from customer needs analysis to product replication.
- Knowledge of the value chain for customers from FMCG, retail and industrial sector.
- Ability to analyze the market, estimate demand volume and develop strategies to enter new segments.
2/ Product analytics and strategy:
- Ability to “take a product apart into atoms” to improve it.
- Understanding of unit economics and margin analysis principles.
- Skill in working with a product's P&L, managing its financial performance.
3/ Process and project management:
- Mastery of Agile/Lean methodologies, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Skills in project management and coordination of cross-functional teams.
