Responsibilities: 

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate user and SME growth in Turkey, driving both acquisition and retention;

- Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and key trends in the Turkish logistics and on-demand delivery space;

- Define and localize value propositions and messaging for MSME and individual user segments, ensuring clear differentiation in the market;

- Collaborate closely with performance, product, and sales teams to design and optimize acquisition funnels across Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, and LinkedIn;

- Lead organic growth and brand awareness initiatives through SEO, YouTube, and social media;

- Create scalable, high-impact marketing assets (videos, case studies, landing pages, digital ads) using AI-powered tools;

- Use funnel analytics and cohort data to evaluate campaign performance, run marketing experiments, and continuously optimize results.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, strategic finance, or related areas.

- Strong ability to work with large data sets, structure information, and produce clear business-oriented insights.

- Hands-on experience building and implementing financial dashboards; proficiency with BI tools.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including use of modern data-processing and AI-based tools.

- Proven ability to develop high-quality presentations for senior leadership.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with evolving priorities.
