- 7+ years of experience in operational excellence field, focusing on Metals & Mining, Manufacturing & Engineering;
- Proven experience in managing teams of 5 and more people;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to collect and structure data, see connections and dependencies at a deeper level, determine the need for calculations and draw conclusions;
- Robust ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
