1/Provide strategic leadership in the development of a next-generation corporate LLM platform, driving its scalability and enterprise adoption.
2/Design infrastructure for agent-based systems with focus on stability, security, and seamless integration with corporate IT landscape (APIs, microservices, monitoring, data access).
3/Lead functional development, including agent memory, reasoning chains, and multi-agent interactions.
4/Pilot solutions across business domains (Finance, HR, Logistics, Operations) and manage performance metrics, maturity models, and agent registries.
5/Oversee documentation, platform governance, and cross-functional implementation.
6/Manage and inspire a cross-functional team, ensuring delivery and adoption of innovations.
- Experience in Big4 (SrC/Manager), Tier-2 consulting, or Top-3 strategy firms (Sr Analyst/Associate level)
- Proven background in launching digital innovation or automation products.
- Strong expertise in managing cross-functional projects and implementing enterprise-scale IT solutions.
- Understanding of AI/LLM technologies, digital platforms, and enterprise system integration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
