Project Manager (Additive technologies and computer modelling)

- Lead a team of 4 specialists: 2 additive manufacturing engineers and 2 computational modeling experts;

- Manage the full project lifecycle: define goals, oversee execution, and evaluate outcomes;

- Allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery;

- Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to align on requirements and expectations;

Monitor project quality, budget adherence, and compliance with technical standards;

- Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to optimize team performance;

- Mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, skills assessment, and motivation.

- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, IT, Physics, or a related technical field;

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position;

- Proven experience in additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or simulation projects (preferred);

- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.) and a deep understanding of engineering development cycles;

- Familiarity with 3D printing software (e.g., Simplify3D, Cura), CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and simulation programs (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL);

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation;

- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities;

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment;

- Upper-Intermediate English or above for international communication.
