Project Manager (Innovative Development Centre)

- Development and analysis of technical and economic documentation for projects in the chemical and metallurgical industries;

- Technical expertise: assessment of technologies, equipment, technical solutions;

- Optimisation of technical solutions to improve efficiency of production processes and reduce costs;

- Interaction with technical contractors in Russia and China: coordination of projects, control of work performance, resolution of disputes;

- Preparation of presentation materials (reports, charts, graphs) for management, customers and partners;

- Participation in negotiations and project presentations in Russian, English and/or Chinese (if necessary);

- Analysis of risks and suggesting measures to minimise them at all stages of project implementation.

- Proficiency in design, modelling and data analysis software;

- Experience in international engineering companies (Hatch, SRK, Fluor, etc.) or major Russian industrial companies in the field of chemistry/metallurgy;

- Experience of 5 years in leading engineering or industrial companies;

- Knowledge of stages and principles of development and analysis of technical documentation, including international standards;

- Skills of technical and economic analysis, Scoping Study, Feasibility Study.
