- Drive client AI product implementation: define and translate the business value.
- Oversee presales and coordinate the presales team;
- Develop the product vision and craft compelling value propositions;
- Manage client expectations throughout the presales and project lifecycle;
- Lead negotiations and defend our proposals to C-level stakeholders;
- Expert problem-solving in client engagements.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and building teams from scratch;
- Demonstrated ability to create effective processes and maintain team focus on strategic goals;
- Deep understanding of end-to-end product development processes, from initial research to release;
- Hands-on experience with the full digital product lifecycle: business analysis, hypothesis testing, product definition (validating desirability, feasibility, viability), design, development, and go-to-market launch;
- Strong competency in resolving unique organizational issues with clients (financial, HR, operational) while managing multiple priorities;
- A track record of successfully managing relationships with C-Level/VP executives in large enterprises.
