Responsibilities: 

- Мanage recruitment projects, including search and selection of candidates;
- Communicate and build long-term business relationships with both clients and candidates clients;
- Conduct market research, create business development strategy plans, and attract new clients.

Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment or other connected spheres;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Attention to detail and precision;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
