- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles;
- Apply sourcing techniques including Boolean search and X-ray;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment;
- Proficiency in English (B1+) and Chinese (HSK3+);
- Skilled in using candidate search tools specific to the Chinese market (e.g., WeChat);
- Based in China.
