Sales Lead

Responsibilities: 

- Performance management: build the system with plans, reports, guidelines;

- Build processes depends on channel (tele sales, field activities, etc.) in collaboration with other teams;

- Provide sales efficiency in terms of acquisition cost, sales staff allocation and their KPI / motivation;

- Hiring, training of sales staff, and encouraging team spirit;

- Work with sales funnel bottlenecks and consider them in processes and sales staff incentives, partners’ acquisition and onboarding process;

- Be ready to sell, actively participate in different operational processes and work deeply with the team.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles (B2B is preferred);

- Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, retail industries is an advantage;

- Experience in international markets, especially Asian is an advantage;

- Ability to work in a multitasking environment;

- Proficiency in English B2+.
