- Rethink and redesign the approach to business planning and revenue budgeting;
- Build a new operational sales planning system from scratch;
- Upgrade the pricing model (including a custom approach for commercial real estate);
- Set up end-to-end analytics and improve the efficiency of acquisition channels;
- Create and implement a CVM (Customer Value Management) marketing concept;
- Boost sales performance through funnel analysis, process optimization, offer packaging, tooling, and back-office alignment;
- Analyze business models of subsidiaries and assess potential for pivot or scaling;
- Drive projects end-to-end: from due diligence → insights → pilot → rollout via branches and cross-functional teams.
- Background in consulting (TOP3, Big4, or Tier-2);
- Experience in commercial effectiveness / revenue growth projects is a strong plus.
