• Execute valuation engagements for PE/VC, corporate and financial assets for European clients (investment funds and fund managers);
• Build and review financial models, and rerform valuation analysis (DCF, market approach, option pricing, complex structures);
• Prepare clear, structured reports and client deliverables in English;
• Interact with Luxembourg team on a daily basis; participate in client discussions where required;
• Guide junior team members and review their work.
• Master’s degree from a top university in Finance / Economics / Management;
• 2–4 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, or related advisory roles;
• Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation methodologies;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables;
• Clear analytical thinking and ability to apply judgment (not only execute templates);
• Strong Excel skills; modelling depth is important;
• Fluent English; French/German is a strong plus;
• CFA (or progress towards it) is a plus.
