Senior Analyst / Associate

- Development and maintenance of complex financial models;

- Participation in mergers & acquisition (M&A) projects

- Financial and strategic analysis of current and new business initiatives;

- Preparation of regular quarterly Board of Directors presentations.

- At least 2 years of experience in M&A for funds or tech companies;

- Skills in building variable financial models;

- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint;

- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics,

or Physics.
