Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities: 

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ professional and personal skills in line with leadership expectations;

- Collaborate with consulting and executive search firms, including international partners (UK and Europe);

- Lead executive search projects and talent market analysis;

- Research and analyze labor market trends to inform business decisions;

- Provide HR analytics and data-driven recommendations to management.

Requirements:

- 5–7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in managerial roles;

- Proven experience working directly with business owners or top executives;

- Degree in Management, Psychology, Sociology, HR, or Law;

- Additional HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) are an advantage;

- Strong analytical and communication skills;

- Fluent English;

- Proactive, result-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
