1. Organizational Development
- Analyzing the current structure and identifying needs in roles and competencies.
- Developing and updating the company’s target organizational structure.
- Supporting management in organizational change and business scaling.
2. Talent Development
- Developing and implementing an employee development system.
- Establishing employee evaluation processes, including the implementation of a 360-degree feedback system.
- Creating individual employee development plans.
3. Employee Retention
- Analyzing turnover factors and developing employee retention programs.
4. Corporate Culture
- Developing and implementing company values.
- Implementing internal communication programs and strengthening the team environment.
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Design and development of a compensation system: bonus schemes, KPIs, long-term incentive programs.
- Design and implementation of voluntary health insurance programs and additional social benefits.
- Labor market analysis and industry compensation benchmarking.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in an HR Director / Head of HR / HR BP role within medium-sized teams (100–120 people).
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering companies.
- Experience managing an HR team (3-5 peers).
- Experience implementing HR processes from scratch or transforming the HR function.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align the HR function with the business strategy.
