- Preparing analytics, factor analysis, developing/supporting long-term efficiency improvement plan methodology, providing economic support for production efficiency functions;
- Identifying potential for reducing function costs and increasing production and technological efficiency;
- Organizing monitoring of key indicators;
- Implementing processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of business economics and methods of financial and economic analysis, project evaluation models, the basics of financial and economic accounting;
- Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and reporting methods;
- Understanding of the principles of building investment models;
- Experience in production companies;
- Knowledge of the basics of petrochemistry and understanding of the industry would be an advantage.
