Strategy Manager (CorpDev)

• Participate in shaping the strategic vision and defining priorities for the development of the business line;

• Initiate the launch of new projects and be responsible for their implementation;

• Collect and analyze information, develop and test various hypotheses;

to optimize operational processes and drive the growth of the business line;

• Build and coordinate interaction with cross-functional business teams;

• Participate in the preparation of materials for committees (presentations, financial models, and other documents as necessary).

• 5+ years of experience in a high-intensity financial or consulting environment (IB/PE/VC/Big3, fast-growing startups, and technology companies);

• Excellent problem-solving skills;

• Strong leadership skills for teamwork;

• High level of independence – willingness to lead projects independently from day one;

• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organizational structure

• Graduate of one of the top Russian or foreign universities (RESH/HSE/MSU/MIPT) in finance/business/technical fields;

• Financial modeling skills/CFA certificate (would be an advantage).
