Stream Manager (Senior Product Owner) of Daily Banking

To lead and develop Bank’s Daily Banking and Deposits business, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability. The role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across current accounts, term deposits, and transactional banking for Mass, Mass Affluent and Affluent clients, while driving innovation in customer experience, digital adoption, and pricing efficiency.

- Manage the full lifecycle of current accounts and deposit products, including design, pricing, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure product competitiveness by continuously benchmarking against market offerings.

- Drive initiatives to improve cost-of-funds and optimize deposit mix.

- Collaborate with Digital Banking, IT, and CVM teams to digitalize account opening, top-up, and renewal journeys.

- Ensure seamless omnichannel experience for clients through BPM+CRM front-end integration.

- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (NPS) across deposit and daily banking touchpoints.

- Ensure all products and campaigns are compliant with regulatory and internal policies.

- Set and monitor KPIs: deposit volume growth, cost of funds, active account ratio, retention, and digital usage.

- Prepare business cases, forecasts, and profitability analyses for management and the Board.

- Manage campaigns jointly with CVM & Loyalty teams to stimulate account activity and retention.

- Minimum 5–7 years in retail banking with at least 3 years in daily banking, and product management.

- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

- Understanding of ALM, interest rate dynamics, and product P&L management.

- Experience with digital product design and process improvement.

- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

- Fluency in Russian (or Azerbaijani).
