Technical Manager

Purpose - lead and oversee the design, engineering, and technical execution of the port construction project.

- Oversee engineering activities for procurement, construction, and documentation, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules;

- Select dredging and dumping solutions, assess reclamation technologies, and optimize marine infrastructure construction methodologies;

- Manage external engineering consultants and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design consistency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with port infrastructure standards;

- Minimize deviations from design by ensuring technical solutions meet cost and timeline objectives, applying corrective measures as needed.
