- Development and analysis of feasibility studies and technical-economic documentation for projects in the chemical and metallurgical industries;
- Conducting technical assessments: evaluation of technologies, equipment, and engineering solutions;
- Optimization of technical solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce costs;
- Coordination with technical contractors in Russia and China: project alignment, monitoring of work execution, and resolution of disputes;
- Preparation of presentation materials (reports, diagrams, charts) for management, clients, and partners;
- Participation in negotiations and project presentations in Russian, English;
- Risk analysis and development of mitigation measures at all stages of project implementation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading engineering or industrial companies, preferably in the chemical or metallurgical sectors;
- Solid understanding of the full lifecycle of technical documentation development and analysis, including familiarity with international standards and regulations;
- Proven ability to evaluate and interpret technical and economic performance indicators;
- Hands-on experience with value engineering and the optimization of technical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies, innovative design approaches, and engineering tools.
