Transformation Manager

- Implementing projects to improve process efficiency;

- Formation of the scientific center’s project portfolio;

- Communication with the scientific institute within the framework of project development and coordination of actions;

- Implementation of innovative solutions.

- Experience in transformation projects in Big4 as well as in projects for metals&mining companies;

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the technologies used in the industry;

- Experience in construction companies or experience with construction projects is a plus.
